Cancellation & Refunds

Subscriptions

ChairBook plans are billed in advance through Razorpay and renew automatically each cycle. You can cancel any time from Settings → Subscription. When you cancel:

  • Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period.
  • It is not renewed or charged again after that.
  • We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a cycle.

WhatsApp credits

Messaging credits are prepaid top-ups and are consumed as messages are sent. Purchased credits are non-refundable once bought, and do not expire while your account is active.

Failed or duplicate payments

If a payment fails but you were charged, or you were charged twice for the same purchase, the amount is refunded to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. If you do not see it, contact us and we will trace it with Razorpay.
