How do customers book with me?+
Every salon gets a public booking link (
chairbook.in/your-salon) you can share on WhatsApp, Instagram, or Google. Customers pick a service, stylist, and time; the booking lands on your dashboard calendar instantly.How do I connect WhatsApp?+
Go to Settings → WhatsAppand follow the guided connection. You’ll link your WhatsApp Business number and approve the display name. Once connected, booking confirmations and reminders are sent automatically.
How does billing work?+
Plans are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay and renew automatically. You can change or cancel any time from Settings → Subscription; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Cancellation & Refunds policy.
What are WhatsApp credits?+
Some WhatsApp messages (for example marketing broadcasts outside the 24-hour service window) use prepaid credits. Top up from Settings → Subscription; credits are consumed as messages are sent.
Does ChairBook handle GST invoices?+
Yes. You can add your GSTIN and generate GST-compliant invoices with CGST/SGST (or IGST) breakups and per-financial-year numbering. Have your accountant confirm the SAC codes for your services.
